DOCTORS

MEET THE DOCTORS

Dr. Chad Garrison

I was born and raised in a small cattle ranch outside of Shawnee. Growing up, both of my parents were educators.

I graduated from Shawnee High School in 1989, then attended East Central State University on a basketball and baseball scholarship and majored in Biology. I got accepted into University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in 1992 and graduated in 1996.

I was blessed to receive and IHS scholarship during dental school and started my career working for The Cherokee Nation in Jay, Ok. During my 6 years with CN, I started a private practice Precision Dental in Jay, and shortly thereafter with the help of my business partners, opened Lakehaven Dental in Grove.

I was blessed with 2 great partners;  Drs Chris Wilcox and Stefan Hacker. My wife and I, along with my dad, purchased the Carrol Farm in Talala in 2006 and made the tough decision to move west. We enjoyed our time in Delaware County but felt God moving us in this direction. All Smiles Dental and Dentures was established around Labor Day, 2007. The community has welcomed us with open arms, we feel so grateful. My wife Candace and I have 4 kids, Kelsey, Grace, Matthew, and Joshua. We enjoy living on the cattle ranch, spending time in the great outdoors, and exercising.

I’m a member of the ADA, ODA, and complete CE every year to keep up with the latest advancements in Dentistry. I pride myself on treating each patient like family. I adhere to “The Golden Rule”, which my parents instilled in me at a young age. I look forward to welcoming you and your family to our practice.

Dr Addie Allen-Steed

Hello, I'm Addie! I am originally from Coffeyville, Kansas. I attended the University of Kansas for my undergraduate degree and then graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City Dental School in 2011. It’s amazing how fast time has flown by since my graduation!

In 2012 I began practicing in Oologah, at All Smiles, with Dr. Garrison who has been a great business partner, mentor and friend. I am an active member of the Tulsa County Dental Association, the Oklahoma Dental Association and the American Dental Association. I have a passion for organized dentistry, volunteering and continuing education!

I am married to James Steed, a Tulsa native, who stays very busy selling land and ranch real estate for Coldwell Banker. James and I have 2 awesome children; Tucker and Caroline. We enjoy staying active, live music, the lake and our extended family!

Jennie Garrison - Dr Garrison's mother “Grandma Jennie”
retired several years ago after dedicating more than 40 yrs in public education. Mom has many interests, none more important than spending time with her family, especially her grandkids, she has 7! Fun facts about mom: tried to substitute for a few years, but got tired of the little rascals, to put it mildly, students having their phones with them in class was her final straw! Mom is a great poker player and enjoys the Senior tournaments at various local casinos, having one Championship under her belt, has been called “Lady Fingers” by fellow poker enthusiasts. She also has Ubered for a few years, always enjoyed good conversation with whomever rode with her and couldn’t wait to tell all of us the crazy stories. She controlled our message board for 13 years until we recently got the new one with new technology and after a few hours of training told me, “that’s it, I’m retiring from the sign duties, need someone younger to understand this technology!” Besides all of this her true passion has been gardening and the beautiful array of flowers, shrubs and bird feeders we have around our clinic. The beauty is a testament to her hard and sustaining effort. We, along with the patients, enjoy watching the beautiful wildlife and community cats that follow closely behind, allowing a sense of peace during patient visits. Thank you mom and we all Love you and appreciate your hard work!
